$50.00 FLAT RATE, CASH ONLY (NO CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED)
PAYABLE AT THE 1ST TRYOUT ATTENDED
NO PRO-RATED FEES

1. All players must fill out a registration form with the $ 50.00 cash payment before they go on the ice for any team.
2. Please bring your copy of the registration form to each of the try-outs that your child attends.
3. You may pick any team on the first try-out, but must wait for the first round of tryouts to be over before you move to another team’s try-out.
4. After the first round is over you may go to as many try-outs as you wish.

We look forward to another very successful year in the Hamilton City Hub League and wish all of the players good luck during the try-outs.

Article 5 Section 2 Eligibility paragraph 2 currently reads: To be eligible to stand for a Director, the candidate must have served a (1) one year term as a Division Co-Coordinator of in a Board Appointed Position. Should no Division Co-Coordinators or Board appointees be willing to stand for office Site Convenors who have served for (1) one year will be the next level of eligibility. Should no candidates be put forth based on these designated qualifiers, nominations will be accepted from the membership.

REASON

The original wording failed to recognize the eligibility of an incumbent to run for re-election. The revision also changes the name of Division Co-Coordinator to Division Convenor & eliminates the term Site Convenor.

Nominations are now being accepted for the following Executive Offices of the Hamilton HUB League:

PRESIDENT: for a TWO year term
To be eligible for the office of President, a candidate must have served a 2-year term on the Board of Directors.

DIRECTOR OF DISCIPLINE: for a TWO year term
To be eligible for the office of Director, a candidate must have served a 1-year term as a Division Co-ordinator or in a Board appointed position. Failing this, any member of the League .

DIRECTOR OF TOURNAMENTS/EXHIBITIONS: for a TWO year term
Eligibility: as above.
Nominee: Cindy Key

SECRETARY: for a TWO year term
Eligibility: as above.

DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION: For a ONE-year term due to the retirement of D. Kennedy
